I'm Elan. I've spent nine years helping women feel like themselves again.

I grew up close to my mum, my grandmother, and my aunt. Three strong women who taught me that women's health matters. Over the years, I saw how often their concerns were dismissed as "normal" without anyone asking why.

That's what drove me to build a coaching practice around female physiology. Around the cycle, perimenopause, and menopause. Around the woman in front of me, not a one-size-fits-all template.

I don't have time for another programme.

That's exactly why we built it this way. Workouts are 30 minutes. Classes are optional and live. The whole thing is designed for women who already have full lives, not for women whose only job is the gym.

I've tried everything and nothing has stuck. Why would this be different?

Because it's not a programme you do for 8 weeks and then go back to normal. It's coaching. You and me, every two weeks, building the habits that actually fit your life. Most of our clients stay with us for years, because the plan keeps adjusting as they change.

I'm in perimenopause. Will this actually work for me?

Yes. The programme is built around female physiology, cycle changes, and the stages of menopause. We adjust training, recovery, and nutrition based on where you are. That's the whole reason this practice exists.

How much does it cost?

We'll walk through the investment on the consultation call, once we know it's the right fit. There are options for the 8-Week Reset and longer-term coaching depending on your goals. No payment is taken on the call itself.

Do I need a gym or any equipment?

No. The Reset is fully online and designed to be done from home. Some women like to do their workouts at their local gym instead, and that works too. You choose.

What happens after I apply?

Once you submit the form, you'll be taken straight to my calendar to book your free 15-minute consultation at a time that suits you. I review the details before our call so we can use the time well.
